ISLAND TRANSFERS GETTING TO ROYAL DAVUI

Royal Davui Island Resort is easy to reach, and all transfers are arranged for you.
Once you arrive at Nadi International Airport, the journey to the island is straightforward:

* A short domestic flight or private road transfer to Pacific Harbour, followed by a brief speedboat journey across the lagoon to Royal Davui

* Or a helicopter transfer directly to the island

AIR & SPEEDBOAT TRANSFER

Our most popular option includes a short domestic flight from Nadi Airport to Pacific Harbour, followed by a speedboat transfer directly to Royal Davui.

HELICOPTER TRANSFER

For guests who prefer a faster, direct journey, helicopter transfers operate from Nadi Airport directly to Royal Davui.

ROAD & SPEEDBOAT TRANSFER

This option combines a private road transfer from Nadi Airport to Pacific Harbour with a speedboat journey to the island.

Road transfer: approximately 3 hours

Departs daily from Pacific Harbour at 10:00am and 4:00pm. Arrives at Royal Davui at 10:45am and 4:45pm.

Departs daily from Royal Davui 9:00am and 3:00pm. Arrives at Pacific Harbour 10.15am and 4.15pm.

LUGGAGE & WEIGHT INFORMATION

As Royal Davui transfers use small aircraft and helicopters, standard weight and size limits apply.

These requirements are common throughout Fiji and are managed at check-in by the transfer operators and our team.

LUGGAGE PIECE ALLOWANCE
Each guest is permitted:
One checked item
One small personal item (e.g. laptop bag, purse, or handbag)
Your total allowance includes all items, including carry-on luggage.
All baggage is weighed at check-in to comply with Civil Aviation Authority payload requirements.

The vehicles used for road transfers can accommodate either 4 medium suitcases or 3 large suitcases, along with carry-on items.
No single bag may exceed 23kg

LUGGAGE DIMENSIONS

Due to limited aircraft and vessel storage, luggage exceeding the following dimensions cannot be accepted:
75cm x 50cm x 30cm (30in x 20in x 12in)
We recommend packing separate bags per guest rather than one large shared suitcase.Items exceeding 23kg will not be transported.

Transfer operators including Hibiscus Air, Island Hoppers, Sunflower, and Heli-Tours Fiji operate under strict payload limits.

EXCESS LUGGAGE & STORAGE OPTIONS

Excess luggage is subject to space availability. Additional charge: FJD 10 per kg

Luggage exceeding safe payload limits will be transported by road and boat: Fees range from FJD 475 – FJD 950

All transfers (including excess luggage) operate during daylight hours only.
Secure luggage storage is available at Nadi Airport if required.

AIRCRAFT AVAILABILITY (HELICOPTER TRANSFERS)

All helicopter transfers are subject to availability.
Due to the limited number of helicopters in Fiji, bookings cannot be confirmed or held until international flight details are received.

We strongly recommend providing flight details and confirming transfers well in advance of travel.

FLIGHT CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Our final scheduled plane departure from Nadi operates at 3:30pm
Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests must present at the domestic terminal check-in desk at least 45 minutes before departure to allow time for luggage processing and boarding.

For same-day transfer, international flights must land prior to 2:00pm to allow time for immigration clearance, luggage collection, and transfer to the domestic terminal.
