LUGGAGE WEIGHT ALLOWANCE
The following total weight limits apply per person
• Plane: 23kg (50lb)

LUGGAGE DIMENSIONS
Due to limited storage, luggage exceeding these dimensions will not be accepted:

We recommend using soft duffle bags for easy stowage and ask that no single piece exceeds the personal limit.

Guests are allotted a maximum luggage allowance of 20kg per person, encompassing all items such as handbags, camera bags, duty-free, and luggage. Baggage will be weighed at check-in, and no single piece should exceed 20kg, as bags exceeding this limit will not be uplifted. To optimize space, avoid sharing one large bag between two guests. Pack light and enjoy the relaxed tropical atmosphere with comfortable, light clothing. Royal Davui provides a laid-back environment with no specific dress code. Most guests choose resort casual attire during the day, with some dressing more formally in the evenings. We kindly ask that guests respect local customs by wearing a shirt in the restaurant and bars, and request that swimwear be covered by a shirt or wrap in dining areas and the central complex.
We recommend you pack shorts, cotton shirts, sundresses, swim suits and a pair of rubber soled shoes or reef walkers if you want to explore the coral. During our cooler months (Jun – Aug) you may want to pack some warmer clothes as dining is generally outdoors. Fiji’s sun can be strong, therefore we also suggest you bring sun glasses and sun screen. Pool/Beach Towels are provided on the island.
We are fully licensed resort and do not accept BYO alcohol unless it is the duty free allowance per adult (currently 2.5ltrs of Spirits or 4.5ltrs of Wine).

Please be mindful of your duty free weight impacting your luggage allowance.
A year-round destination, Fiji has a tropical climate as dynamic as the scenery.
We enjoy average daily temperatures around 32°C (92°F) from September to February and 27°C (82°F) from March to August.
From November to February, water temperatures can be as high as 29°C (84°F), and on average 24°C (79°F) between June and October.
November to March is Fiji’s “Tropical Season”. During these hotter humid months it is possible to experience an afternoon shower, however it still a fabulous time to travel.
Electrical generators on the island provide 240volt AC with all the power points on the island being 3 prong (the same as Australia and New Zealand). We recommend bringing adaptors for any electronics that do not fit the outlets in the villas.
Please ensure you check the voltage requirement of all electronics prior to use.
Royal Davui obtains fresh water from a natural spring located on Beqa Island which is piped to the island. Purified water is available for guests throughout the resort.
