Our chefs work with seasonal produce, sourcing the majority of ingredients locally and complementing them with carefully selected imports, to create daily-changing menus shaped by freshness, balance and our tropical surroundings. Meals are served in a range of intimate settings, from our open-air restaurant beneath the ancient banyan tree to in-villa dining, relaxed beachfront tables or poolside, allowing each day to unfold naturally.

For guests wishing to venture beyond the island, picnics on a naturally occurring sand cay are available by prior arrangement as a separate, tide-dependent experience.
